-   Queen’s View guests are asked to settle any outstanding payments prior to check-out. Queen’s View is can accept cash or personal checks at this time.

-   Queen’s View has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to 2 pm on your check-in date or you will be charged one night's stay, plus tax.

-   Queen’s View is a NON-SMOKING property. If any evidence of smoking is found, a fine of $300 will be charged for additional cleaning.

*If rooms are damaged or extremely dirty, guests will be charged replacement costs plus $50/hour to return the room to its original state.

-   Queen’s View has a NO PET policy (with the exception of documented service animals). Failure to comply with the “no pet” policy will result in a $350 cleaning fine.

- All suites have a posted 2 - 4 person occupancy. Guests exceeding the posted occupancy must be approved ahead of time and will result in an additional $50/person/night charge.

-   Quiet hours are between 10 pm – 7 am and apply to all overnight and event guests.

-   Queen’s View is not considered accessible. Please be advised that there is no elevator in this historic building. Stairs must be negotiated to reach all guest suites. The one guest suite accessible via a stair lift chair requires navigation in tight spaces to access.

-   Queen’s View is not responsible for loss of valuables of any kind. Any unclaimed items will be donated after 30 days.

-   PARKING POLICY: Guests may park on Third Street. The driveway may be used for loading and unloading. Please pay attention to posted signs. The Queen’s View General Manager will provide notice of any snow or other event or emergency that may affect parking.
